Return & Exchange Policy
At Reenka Safety, we aim to supply the right safety products in good condition. Please read the terms below before requesting a return, exchange or refund.
1. Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.
For wrong items, missing items, or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue quickly.
2. Products Eligible for Return or Exchange
- The product must be unused, unworn, clean and in good condition.
- The product should be returned with original packaging, labels, manuals or accessories where applicable.
- Safety shoes and boots can be exchanged for size if they have not been used outdoors or damaged.
- Wrong item supplied by Reenka Safety can be exchanged or corrected after verification.
- Manufacturing defects can be reviewed for replacement, exchange or refund after inspection.
3. Products Not Eligible for Return
- Used, worn, dirty, washed, damaged or altered products.
- Branded, printed, embroidered or customized items, unless the error was caused by Reenka Safety.
- Disposable or hygiene-sensitive PPE once opened or used, including masks, ear plugs, respirator filters and similar items.
- Products damaged through misuse, poor handling, wrong storage or normal wear and tear.
- Items bought on clearance or special order unless defective or wrongly supplied.
4. Size Exchanges
For safety shoes, boots, overalls and workwear, size exchange is allowed only if the item is unused and returned in good condition.
Size exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is not available, we may advise on an alternative product or wait for restocking.
5. Delivery Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to wrong item or confirmed defect from Reenka Safety, we will assist in correcting the issue.
- If the exchange is due to customer size change, preference change or ordering mistake, the customer covers return and redelivery costs.
- Delivery fees are not refundable unless the error was caused by Reenka Safety.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment channel and verification.
7. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us with your order details, product name, reason for return, and clear photos where necessary.
8. Final Decision
All returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to inspection and approval by Reenka Safety. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet this policy.
