Return & Exchange Policy

At Reenka Safety, we aim to supply the right safety products in good condition. Please read the terms below before requesting a return, exchange or refund.

Quick note: Returns and exchanges are accepted after inspection and approval. Products must be unused, clean, and in resalable condition unless the issue is a confirmed defect or wrong item supplied by Reenka Safety.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery or collection.

For wrong items, missing items, or damaged products, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue quickly.

For safety shoes, boots, overalls and workwear, size exchange is allowed only if the item is unused and returned in good condition.

Size exchange is subject to stock availability. If the requested size is not available, we may advise on an alternative product or wait for restocking.

8. Final Decision
